Valentines' s Party

Hey Kids,

Don't forget we will have our Valentine's Day party Thursday. Have a container for receiving cards, and be sure to have a card for all other kids in the class. Treats and beverages are welcome, but not required. Just send back in your Valentines letter sent home today with what you plan to bring so we can make sure there are no repeats.

Homework 2-8 and Life Sized Hero

I will be at a conference on Monday and Tuesday, so the blog will not be updated. I will post from the conference if I think of anything. It may be a good idea to check just in case.

2. In their heart write what they may have been feeling. Please have at least 5 feelings.
3. On the right arm write why they are considered a hero. 
4. On the left arm write all resources. Where did you find your information?
5. Right leg bio. Where they were born and the beginning of their life. 
6. Left leg bio. Their adult life and death.

We will not be doing the Revolutionary Report site that I had posted. We will be having our final from the end of ch. 8 through all of ch. 9, (pages 280-329) on Wednesday, February 13th. Your book should be going home for review each night until then.

Remember that we will also be doing a marshmallow battle of Yorktown the following week. Bring in up to two bags of mallows for 3-6 bonus points.
